DAY 1: ARRIVE TO ARUSHA

Your journey of a lifetime starts the moment you touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport. A private chauffeur will bring you to Harmakop House, a secluded boutique sanctuary tucked away on the quiet edges of Arusha. This colonial-style gem is the ultimate romantic escape, featuring lush tropical gardens and bespoke service. Spend your first afternoon lounging by the pool, enjoying a side-by-side couples’ massage, or sharing a private dinner beneath the starlit Tanzanian sky—the perfect, tranquil prelude to your safari adventure.

Lake Manyara National Park lies between Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, right along the 400 meters deep Great Rift Valley. The park boasts a variety of landscapes that attract many different animals. You can for example visit the lake that covers 75 percent of the park, pass through a dense rainforest with hundreds of monkeys and birds, and see elephants up close in the woodlands.

Serengeti National Park is widely known as the place to go on safari, mainly because of the Great Migration that passes through here. The enormous, stampeding herds are impressive, as are the vast amount of predators that live here: over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! And of course, plenty of other beautiful animals, which your guide will be delighted to search for together with you. So today you will be driving from Manayara to Serengeti passing by Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Awake at dawn for a sunrise game drive, when predators are most active. Track the Big Five, marvel at cheetahs sprinting across the grasslands, and spot leopards lounging in acacia trees. Return to camp for a leisurely bush breakfast before relaxing in your tent or taking a guided nature walk (where permitted). In the afternoon, venture out again to explore hidden valleys and riverbanks teeming with hippos and crocodiles. Cap the day with a private bush dinner, where you’ll toast to your adventures beneath a sky ablaze with stars.

Enjoy a scenic drive from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, transitioning from golden savannahs to lush highlands.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO-listed natural wonder teeming with wildlife. The crater’s lush grasslands and soda lakes attract an incredible concentration of animals, including rare black rhinos, massive tusker elephants, and flocks of pink flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by a hippo pool before ascending to your lodge.

On your final morning, you may opt for a short sunrise game drive or a visit to a Maasai boma to experience traditional dances and crafts. After breakfast, a scenic drive takes you back to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey. As you bid farewell to Tanzania, you’ll carry with you unforgettable memories of thrilling wildlife encounters, breath-taking landscapes, and the magic of your honeymoon safari.
